The Jaguar XK120 was unveiled during the London Motor Show in 1948, and immediately caused a sensation. It was the first post war Jaguar, designed as the successor of the SS100. Apart from his modern and sporty shape, the XK120 was equipped with a modern 6 cylinders, 3,4 L engine rated at 160 HP. It was the fastest production car of the world at the time it was unveiled, with a top speed of 120 Mph.
